Request Account & Data Deletion — K-AnemOS
You can request to delete your K-AnemOS account and all associated personal data at any time by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to ezarableone@gmail.com from the email address associated with your K-AnemOS account.
- Use the subject line:
Delete My K-AnemOS Account
- In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address registered with K-AnemOS
- The name of your organization / project (if applicable)
- Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and personal data have been permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove the following personal data:
- Your account information (name, email, organization)
- Your profile and authentication credentials
- Photos and files you uploaded
- Activity logs associated with your account
- Location data (GPS stamps) you submitted
What Data May Be Retained
Certain project-related data may be retained for legitimate business and legal purposes:
- Shared project records (RFIs, NCRs, Incident reports) created by you may be retained as part of the project's historical record, but your personal identifiers will be anonymized.
- Financial and contractual records may be retained to comply with applicable laws (e.g., tax, audit requirements) for up to 7 years.
- Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently purged from backup systems.
Note: If you are a member of a project organization, your project administrator may also be able to remove your account directly via the admin panel. Contact your project admin first if applicable.
